Exchange & Refund Policy
1. Exchange Terms
- 7-Day Window: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Proof of Purchase: The Original Receipt must be presented for any exchange or refund request.
- Item Condition: Products must be in new and original condition, with all packaging, price tags, and labels intact. Items that have been worn, washed, or soiled will not be accepted.
- Exchange Value: Items can be exchanged for another product of the same or higher value (payment top-up required). No cash balance will be returned if the new item is of a lower value.
2. Refund Processing
- Eligibility: Refunds are subject to the same "Item Condition" requirements as exchanges and must be approved by management.
- Timeline: Once a refund is approved, please allow 10 to 14 business days for the transaction to be processed.
- Method: Refunds will typically be issued via the original payment method
3. General Provisions
- Final Approval: Auto Machinery Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to inspect products before processing an exchange or refund and may reject any request that does not meet these requirements.
- Policy Updates: We reserve the right to amend this policy without prior notice.
