1. Local Delivery Rates & Times

We focus exclusively on local shipping to ensure your orders reach you efficiently. Please note that shipping costs are determined by the delivery distance from our location.

  • Estimated Delivery: 2–3 working days.
  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the distance from our location.

2. Self-Collection Options

If you prefer to collect your items personally, you may choose one of the following:

  • In-Store Collection: You can visit our store to pick up your order once it is ready.
  • Self-Arranged Lalamove: You may personally book your own Lalamove rider to pick up your items.
  • Notification: You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please do not arrange a pickup until you receive this confirmation.

3. Order Processing Time

Before the delivery or collection window begins, we require a brief period to prepare and pack your items.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Holiday Schedule: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next business day.

4. Shipping Restrictions

In Singapore, standard local delivery is typically unavailable for high-security or geographically isolated areas. If a restricted address is provided, the order may be cancelled or redirected.

  • High-Security & Military Sites: All SAF camps, naval bases, airbases (e.g., Paya Lebar, Tengah), and police stations.
  • Offshore Islands: Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Pulau Bukom, St. John's Island, or Kusu Island.
  • Logistics Hubs: Jurong Island, Changi Airfreight Centre (CAC), and specific shipyards.
  • P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes to ensure secure, hand-delivered receipt of your items.

5. Support for Damaged Items

We take great care in packing your orders. If your package arrives damaged, please let us know immediately so we can assist you.
